POSTE Help develop the Compliance Monitoring Plan, including leading the actions and implementation Conduct annual reviews and updates to the manual of policies and control its implementation within the Company. Provide advice to the business on appropriateness and effectiveness of controls in place ( Conduct due diligence on the delegates and services providers of the Company, ensuring the ongoing monitoring of delegated functions in compliance with the CSSF Circular 22/806. Advise on regulatory implications for new business initiatives, ensuring that relevant compliance considerations and resulting risks, are part of the process Follow up the legal and regulatory developments, informing the Senior Management on the new requirements and reporting deadlines. Draft the annual reports on the Compliance and AML/CFT functions. Draft the annual risk assessment of the Company and its funds under portfolio management. Be the person of contact with the authorities, including the CSSF and FSMA. Participate to the preparation of legal reporting and regulatory surveys. Promote a positive compliance culture and awareness through the development and roll out of appropriate and tailored training for staff PROFIL You have a master''s degree in law, finance or economics You have at least 4 5 years of experience in Compliance, regulatory, legal or AML/CFT in the financial sector You have experience of Compliance and AML /CFT functions, and are familiar with the CSSF Circular s including the 20/758. You have a strong understanding of compliance methodology, regulatory assessments, and controls. You have excellent communication skills and proven ability to build strong client relationships. You intend to be a Compliance Officer. You are fluent in English and French. Dutch is considered as an asset. You are permanently based in Luxembourg or the Grande Region
