Experience and Qualifications You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering with several years of professional experience, or you are an ambitious technical sales professional with equivalent experience. You are highly knowledgeable in your field, confident in your abilities, and capable of presenting and utilizing them effectively. Your communication skills are excellent and leave nothing to be desired. You are fluent in both German and English, spoken and written. In teamwork, you thrive by contributing significantly to the bigger picture, maintaining high standards, and showing initiative. We especially value experience in team leadership, industrial production, image processing, electronics, mechatronics, and optics.
