Job Description You will take end-to-end responsibility for the department's deliverables towards its customers. You will provide technical and disciplinary leadership to direct reports through coaching and mentorship, including resourcing, performance management, recognition, and reward. You will proactively identify hiring and training needs for the team to ensure the availability of relevant resources and competencies. You will ensure, maintain, and improve high standards of development quality within the team by establishing good practices and following the design organization’s processes. You will ensure communication flow and alignment towards and from the department's stakeholders within and outside of the CTO organization. You will collaborate with other CTO departments and cross-functional areas to guarantee the best company results. You will establish conditions within the department to deliver the requested results in time, cost, and quality. You will be responsible for managing the departmental budget.
