Your mission
* Manage and answer Customer Support tickets in a timely manner, investigating reported technical issues, finding patterns and suggesting solutions to users
* Identify customer needs and requirements by gathering and analysing customer feedback and requests, and sharing it internally to improve the product and/or establish better Customer Support practices
* Test new features as part of our QA processes
* Keep customers updated on changes to the product and new features
Your profile
* C1 proficiency in English and German; knowledge of French or Italian is a Plus
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
* Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
* Problem-solving abilities and a curious, proactive mindset
* Love to learn and share knowledge
* Driven, reliable, good level of self-organisation, team player!
