Prüftechnik Non-Destructive Testing is immersed in a transformation process to create a new GTMM, and therefore is looking for a Global Sales Director. In this role, you will be able to form and development a new regional structure with3 major regional hubs in AMERICAS, APAC and EMEA consisting of Middle East Africa and Turkey (MEAT), Region EU-South (France, Italy, and Iberia), Region EU-North (UK & Ireland, BeNeLux and Nordic Countries), Region EU-DACH (Austria, Switzerland, Germany and CEE.
Each Region is managed by a hands-on Regional Sales Manager (RSM) together with one, or more, local (senior) Country Sales Managers who manage and support both End User/Key Accounts and Partners.
To promote our NDT Solutions the Global Sales Director works together with Regional Managers, visits key end-customers, helps to execute the defined strategy, supports to close top opportunities,and alsoplays a key role in the relation between regions and the different functions within the company.
The Global sales leader is actively involved in the daily sales processes of the countries reporting intothem to achieve the monthly/quarterly and annual targets in line withregional growth objectives.
Primary Function / Major Responsibility:
1. Prepare annual/quarterly regional business plans and manage the sales budget for the assigned region.
2. Initiates and implements, in close cooperation with Country Managers country sales plans to implement the strategy and GTMMensuring we achieve our targets and objectives.
3. Manages this business based on figures/facts and KPI’s which will be weekly/monthly reviewed with their team. If required, action (plans) will be implemented and weekly follow-up.
4. Implements Value Selling and Challenger sales techniques as well as other FBS (sales growth related) tools within this team.
5. Perform other related duties as assigned.
Education and/or Experience:
6. Preferable Bachelor/master’s degree in business administration or engineering
7. Experience in the Non-destructive testing Industry
8. Strong, multicultural people manager
9. Consistent overachievement of quarterly/yearly sales personal (or team) targets.
10. Experience in working for a public listed company / Fortune 500

11. Required primary excellent language skills (verbal and written): German and English
12. Prioritizes quickly to focus on the critical few and drive action
13. Willing and able to move out of their comfort zone and not afraid of standing alone
14. Dedicated to use FBS tools and Core Value Drivers to design, manage and measure work
15. Able to work with different management levels as well as internal as external.
16. In daily work very well structured and strong “sales processes” driven to drive the team to double-digit growth figures.
Job conditions: Following the working hours and local public holidays of the country/Region the employee is working for/appointed to.

Residence: Home office based in Europe or Munich area / 70% of time on (inter)national travel
