Your role IT Business Analyst (m/w/x) The Digital Integration Platforms department is one of six strategic units within the Digital Experience Platforms Corporate IT area. In this department, we link partners and consumers to the digital ecosystem from ZEISS in an intelligent and operationally sustainable way so that hundreds of applications can exchange data internally and across ZEISS boundaries. Based on your knowledge and experience, you will work directly with the business departments to develop requirements in the context of application or process integration projects based on their expectations. Your other tasks will include: You will be responsible for the planning and management of agile, digital integration projects and manage them until they go live. Together with the agile development teams, you will transfer the requirements of the business departments into the product backlog using agile methods. As part of the integration projects, you will be responsible for creating, preparing, and maintaining the backlog items. You develop test specifications based on the integration requirements. You will be responsible for testing and evaluating interfaces with other IT applications. Your profile Successful completion of studies in informatics or business informatics or comparable relevant IT education Extensive professional experience in a comparable position as well as previous experience in software engineering in an agile environment Experience in analyzing customer processes and formulating requirements in an agile environment. Experience with market-relevant integration technologies (REST API, SOAP, IDOC, RFC) and API Management Experience with agile approaches (SCRUM, Kanban, SAFe) Microsoft Azure DevOps or Jira is a plus You are familiar with SAP ERP integrations and business processes Business fluent in English and a good level of German round off your profile We require the following methods expertise: • Analytical and structural thinking • High quality awareness • Excellent presentation skills • Solution-oriented thinking and working • You can create new solution patterns or combine known solution patterns.
