Your tasks and responsibilities: You will functionally lead the Operations Consulting Service Line and use your in-depth expertise to help the organization expand further in line with our business plan. You will define the strategy and mission of the service line aligned to the Siemens Healthineers Consulting strategy and mission of enabling value in every Value Partnership. You will define the service line’s go to market strategy and market prioritization. You will drive the acquisition of projects and systematic marketing activities. In this regard, you will prepare offers for our customers and will have a lead role in the development of white papers. You will identify and exploit opportunities to expand projects. You will continuously communicate with our customers, ensuring success of our work, and be able to challenge our customers' approach, putting forward sound arguments. You bring previous experience in a clinical role (as a nurse, radiologist, or similar). You have many years of consulting and leadership experience, with at least five years working in the healthcare market (ideally in hospitals or clinics). You possess deep knowledge of processes and niche methodologies for performance improvement. You have a proven track record in clinical pathways, process analysis, and optimization, as well as in delivering productivity and efficiency programs (certifications in lean methodologies, Six Sigma Black Belt or Green Belt are a plus). You have successfully applied these methodologies to optimize patient care. You have a strong network with senior leaders in the national healthcare or hospital industry, paired with the ability to develop the practice in at least one European country. Your attributes and skills: You have outstanding communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus. You demonstrate natural leadership skills, inspiring and leading teams to succeed. You excel in communication and networking while easily connecting with a wide range of stakeholders. You have strong sales expertise and outstanding business acumen. You adopt a customer-centric mindset, think creatively, get things done, and analyze challenges effectively. You work collaboratively in teams, influencing and supporting your colleagues to achieve shared goals. You are comfortable working in diverse environments and are open to frequent travel across Europe.
