Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Consultant FI/CO to join a dynamic IT consulting team specializing in SAP solutions for the process industry. This is an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge SAP projects with a close-knit team. As an SAP Consultant FI/CO, you will be responsible for consulting on SAP S/4HANA Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules, focusing on end-to-end process implementations and ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Customer Consulting: Engage with clients to understand their needs, present solutions, and provide expert guidance on SAP FI/CO modules.
* Project Delivery: Work on the implementation of SAP FI/CO projects from start to finish, ensuring all deliverables are met within agreed timelines and budgets.
* Process Optimization: Analyze, design, and optimize business processes within SAP, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and goals.
* Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with consulting and development teams in both the Munich office and with colleagues from partner offices in Linz and Vienna.
* Support and Maintenance: Provide ongoing support and optimization for existing SAP systems, ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
* Training and Development: Participate in internal and external training, keeping your skills up to date and expanding your expertise in SAP FI/CO.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* German C1 proficiency (professional working proficiency)
* English B2 proficiency (good level of communication)
* At least 2 years of experience working with SAP FI/CO, ideally in consulting, project management, or as an advanced key user
* Experience in end-to-end SAP process implementations (not just support or maintenance)
* Strong analytical skills to evaluate and resolve SAP-related issues
* Customer-oriented: Ability to understand client needs and offer tailored SAP solutions
* Experience in process industries (pharmaceutical, food, or chemical industries) is a plus
* Team Player: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work closely with consultants, developers, and clients
* University degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred, but not mandatory
Nice-to-Have Skills:
* Experience with other SAP modules such as Transport Management (TM) or Extended Warehouse Management (EWM)
* Experience in process management and optimizing business operations within SAP
