The Regional Account Director will be responsible for managing all social media channels for a designated region. This includes developing content and channel strategies, overseeing campaign execution, and managing digital projects. A key part of the role is fostering strong relationships with clients and ensuring project deliverables meet both client expectations and internal standards.
Responsibilities :
* Social Media Management: Oversee all social media channels ensuring growth and high-quality execution.
* Client Relationships: Build and sustain strong client relationships, ensuring effective communication and satisfaction.
* Team Leadership: Mentor and manage a team of Project Managers and Community Managers, focusing on their development and performance.
* Financial Oversight: Manage budgets, track costs, and drive profitability while identifying new business opportunities.
* Collaboration: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project success and long-term relationship growth.
Weekly Activities :
* Review client briefings, set priorities, and guide the team on project execution.
* Manage budgets and ensure timely project delivery.
* Attend internal and client meetings, providing updates on market developments.
Reporting Structure :
* Reports to the EMEA Business Director
* Manages a team within the designated market, including Project Managers and Community Managers
