Intern/ Working Student (f/m/d) - Content Production Team / Assistant

What you’ll do
* Support the team with the operation of daily office functions and duties, such as production planning and content production.
* Updating materials including PowerPoint and Excel spreadsheets for meetings and presentations.
* Production of interactive tutorials.
* Maintaining the Excel-based production planning environment and reporting.
* Developing collaborative work relationships within the team and limited cross-functional areas.
* Potentially supporting internal projects.
* Assist the team on prioritized tasks.
What you bring
* Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences.
* Very good communication skills in German and English (written and verbal).
* Ability to work in a team and meet multiple tight deadlines.
* Ability to organize yourself and your work.
Meet the team
The Product Learning Design – End User Enablement Team is responsible for the End-to-End Production of Embedded Learning.
Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs/programming languages.
