About the Role You will lead a team to drive a globally aligned, locally relevant, and impact-driven asset learning strategy. Acting as a key integrator, you will ensure strong connectivity between asset learning, stakeholder learning, and patient impact priorities. Your focus will be on shaping innovative, digital-first learning solutions, enhancing modular content creation, and fostering cross-functional collaboration across Commercial, Medical, Access, and regional teams. Who You’ll Work With You will collaborate with stakeholders across Commercial, Medical, and Access teams, ensuring learning strategies align with business priorities. As part of a global team, you will integrate global and local learning needs, optimizing efficiency and alignment across markets. What You’ll Do Lead and develop a high-performing team, fostering innovation, agility, and collaboration while ensuring asset learning aligns with business priorities and patient impact goals. Oversee global asset learning strategies, ensuring consistency across global, regional, and local levels while enabling flexibility for market-specific adaptations. Drive digital learning transformation, leveraging AI-driven automation and data insights to enhance accessibility, efficiency, and impact across global learning platforms. Streamline content creation and approval processes, implementing scalable solutions to improve learning efficiency while maintaining quality and compliance standards. Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to optimize resource utilization and ensure alignment between asset learning, commercial, and medical learning teams. Embed change management, continuous improvement, and cultural evolution into the asset learning framework to enhance long-term learning impact. Interested? For this role, we’re looking for the following education, experience, and skills: Proven leadership experience in learning, capability-building, or organizational development within a pharmaceutical or life sciences environment, driving innovation and impact. Strong track record in managing global teams, aligning cross-functional priorities, and navigating complex stakeholder landscapes in a fast-paced, matrixed environment. Expertise in digital learning transformation, AI-driven automation, and modular content design, ensuring scalable, flexible, and technology-driven learning solutions. Strategic mindset with the ability to manage ambiguity, execute efficiently, and integrate global-to-local learning strategies for business and patient impact. Strong business acumen, excellent communication, and influencing skills to engage stakeholders and drive alignment across functions and geographies. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field, with a strong background in learning, organizational development, or digital learning innovation.
