Welcome to Fresenius Your assignments Lead the Program Management Office for the SAP S/4HANA rollout, guiding a team through all phases, including setup, design, build, testing, and deployment. Establish and maintain IT governance structures, processes, and quality assurance standards, ensuring all deliverables meet business and regulatory requirements and are compliant with defined quality standards. Collaborate with international business and IT stakeholders at all levels, ensuring alignment, managing expectations, and maintaining strong relationships. Monitor and manage the performance of the system integrator, addressing any issues to ensure program momentum and quality standards are met. Proactively identify risks, develop mitigation plans, and manage the program budget, ensuring financial control and addressing any variances. Drive the continuous improvement of processes, methods, and standards within the program environment. Your profile A degree in business administration, economics, informatics, or another related subject. At least 10 years of professional experience in project and program management, preferably in the life science, pharma, or healthcare industry, and with a focus on SAP implementation and transformation programs in large, multi-segment organizations. Relevant SAP (e. g. SAP methodologies) and Project Management Professional (PMP) certifications are desirable. Outstanding financial management skills, including budgeting and cost control, and a proven ability to manage relationships with system integrators, including contracting, performance monitoring, and issue resolution. Proven track record of managing contractual relationships to ensure compliance and performance, and high-level experience with GxP regulations, quality and risk management and compliance. Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and guide cross-functional teams, think strategically and align program objectives with overall business goals. Exceptional communication skills in English (German would be beneficial), with the ability to manage and engage with both internal and external suppliers and stakeholders at all levels.
