Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Specialist, Product Operations (Maternity Cover) to join our Global Product Strategy team and reinvent on-demand delivery with us. If you're a creative problem solver who is eager to deliver solutions and hungry for a new adventure, an international workplace is waiting for you in the heart of Berlin! This is a 6 months fixed-term role (maternity cover).
In the Global Product Strategy team we shape the experience for millions of users across our worldwide portfolio of platforms (FoodPanda, Pedidos Ya, Baemin, Yemeksepeti, Foodora, Talabat, HungerStation, eFood, and Glovo), directly impacting customer satisfaction and driving growth.
You will work closely with various teams within Delivery Hero and across our worldwide platforms to manage complex projects and processes and drive operational excellence by objectively assessing products, enabling informed decision-making, and building efficiency through enhanced product processes.
* Create and Maintain Structured Tracking of Initiatives: Create, improve, and manage tracking of progress of various initiatives including App Quality standards and OKR’s. Prepare detailed and clear timelines, ownership, and proactively share updates, identify risks and escalate to stakeholders on a timely basis.
* Champion Effective Knowledge-Sharing: Amplify product impact by driving knowledge-sharing across platforms via all-hands meetings, product conferences, information-sharing sessions, publishing best practice playbooks and newsletters, as well as ensuring clear and effective information flow to stakeholders.
* Maximize Operational Efficiency: Assess current processes to define problems and contribute regularly with concrete ideas on how to increase effectiveness and efficiency across the organization.
* Gather Analytics Insights: Support the global product strategy team by collecting, analyzing, and presenting data across various topics to inform strategic decisions.

Your work will have a direct impact on how we attract and retain customers, creating data-driven, personalized interactions that keep them coming back. As part of our Consumer Team, you’ll enhance customer satisfaction and drive global growth and profitability through innovative projects.
Qualifications
* Consumer Product Experience: 3+ years in web and mobile consumer products, ideally in e-commerce or food delivery, with strong knowledge of product/tech environments and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Miro).
* Strong Project Management Skills: Highly organized with strong attention to detail. Experience defining project goals, creating detailed project plans, managing execution by multiple teams.
* Proactive and Strategic Thinking: Able to think strategically by understanding consequences and impact of large initiatives and decisions and digesting this into actionable plans, tracking systematically to identify and address risks.
* Stakeholder Management Skills: Excellent English fluency with strong storytelling and communication skills to engage stakeholders. Able to create effective documentation that connects details to a larger picture in a cohesive and coherent way, and communicates progress and risks in an effective fashion.
