Operational Resilience The Team Operational Resilience is a 1st Line of Defense Team centrally managing regulatory requirements that need to be met by the Business. This includes topics such as Risk Management, Information Security, Business Continuity Management, Process Documentation, End User Computing, Records Management and Data Deletion, etc. We translate the requirements into 1st Line guidelines and procedures and define the required processes. Beside consulting and supporting the business we manage various central hubs and registers (e.g. DORA Register of Information). About your role : In your role as Senior Manager Operational Resilience you will define and manage 1st LoD processes in accordance with regulatory requirements and will develop and maintain related guidelines and procedures. You will support the business teams with these activities, act as a consultant and help fostering our operational resilience. Your focus topics will be Information Security, Records Management & Data Deletion and Contract Management. Information Security Key contact for 1st LoD Information Security tasks Develop and maintain 1st LoD guidelines and procedures Maintain the BAIT information type register and manage annual reviews Perform protection requirements analysis with process owners, application owners and contract owners for external supplies Records Management & Data Protection Centrally manage data/document retention and data deletion according to GDPR Develop and maintain 1st LoD guidelines and procedures including data deletion concept Manage the records inventory including retention periods Coordinate regular data deletion Contract Management Manage the central Contract Hub for contract storage Maintain the contract inventory to support the DORA Register of Information Support & Consult Support the business teams with your focus topics, increase risk awareness and help fostering operational resilience About you : Ideal candidates should possess strong knowledge & competences within financial markets and operational risk management. You have evidenced experience with Information Security to cover this topic as key contact person within our team and define processes and procedures. You are experienced in servicing and consulting business teams and enjoy helping people in regulatory processes. If you want to join the Operational Resilience Team in the role of a Senior Manager Operational Resilience you should have the following competences: University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Law, Business Management, or related field of study / or professional banking qualification A minimum of 5 years of professional experience within financial markets, in specific Operational Risk Management and / or Information Security Overall good knowledge and competences with regulatory requirements in financial markets (MaRisk, BAIT, DORA, WpHG, etc.) Strong analytical skills Ability to build relationships and trust Excellent communication skills to align with 1st and 2nd LoD Teams Advanced presentation skills to provide Senior Management updates & presentations Native or close native level of German English language skills Feel rewarded : For starters, we’ll offer you a comprehensive benefits package.
