Overview
Main Purpose:
1. Assume direct customer responsibility for the Gas customer group with the wholesaler Lekkerland, ensuring achievement of targets (volume, profitability), and implementation of marketing strategies within specified budgets.
2. Develop sales strategies for Gas station channels and optimize collaboration with Lekkerland to achieve sustainable business results.
3. Acquire new customers within the wholesale network.
4. Further develop the German out-of-home channel in collaboration with the sales director.
5. Lead and develop subordinate employees within the PepsiCo career model.
Responsibilities
Areas of Responsibility/Main Tasks:
6. Ensure goal achievement for responsible customers/customer groups.
7. Develop, implement, and enforce national central agreements.
8. Coordinate annual planning, budgeting, and reporting for the customer group.
9. Prepare, participate in, and follow up on regular customer and annual meetings.
10. Arrange and implement promotions, listings, pricing strategies, shelf and secondary placement shares, and customer-specific promotional measures.
11. Obtain and analyze important information for customer management and derive strategic measures.
12. Plan customer volumes and budgets, initiating timely measures with customers in case of deviations from targets.
13. Manage conditions within the existing system.
14. Communicate and coordinate with necessary internal interfaces (marketing, trade marketing, field service, demand planning, finance, etc.).
15. Support the leadership team in implementing Germany-wide strategies.
Qualifications
Knowledge/Experience:
16. Business studies or commercial training with additional qualifications.
17. Very good English and MS Office skills required.
18. Category management experience.
19. Leadership experience desirable.
