PRINCIPALI RESPONSABILITAKey Responsibilities As a Key Account Manager in an international team, you will have full commercial responsibility for driving sales of Engineering Plastics in a dynamic and competitive environment.Focus on Engineering Plastics: Take ownership of selling high-performance engineering plastics to the Italian market across multiple applications, with a strong emphasis on the automotive and E&E industries.Account Management: Manage and grow a portfolio of large and complex key accounts, including car manufacturers, by identifying new opportunities, maintaining strong relationships, and delivering exceptional service.Market Development: Identify and secure growth opportunities by analyzing market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities in collaboration with marketing colleagues.Customer Collaboration: Work closely with customers to provide tailored solutions, including offering technical support and aligning new project requirements with the company’s capabilities.Team Collaboration: Partner with the Technical Development and Marketing teams to ensure seamless integration of engineering plastics into customer applications, supporting their development from concept to production.Reporting: Regularly report sales progress and market insights to the business to ensure alignment with strategic goals.PROFILO RICERCATOWe are looking for a highly motivated, business-minded professional who is passionate about sales and customer success. The ideal candidate will have:Education: A degree in engineering, chemistry, or a related scientific field.Experience: Several years of proven sales experience within the chemical or engineering plastics business, ideally with exposure to the Italian market.
