About the position As a Business Analyst Consultant in our cross-functional team, you will play a key role in guiding projects from discovery to delivery. Working across domains such as infrastructure, mobility, and data-heavy applications, you will collaborate directly with clients and internal teams to bridge the gap between business needs and technical requirements. This consulting role requires a unique blend of strong technical acumen, deep business analysis skills, and a data-driven mindset. Your tasks may include: Collaboration with relevant stakeholders to understand their business needs, translating these into structured, detailed technical requirements for the development team. Analysis of company business processes, systems, and data to find opportunities for improvement and provide insights that influence project outcomes and strategic business choices. Facilitation of clear communication between technical and non-technical team members, ensuring requirements are accurately translated and aligned with the business goals. Ownership of essential documentation, such as requirements specifications, user stories, and workflows, to provide guidance throughout the project. Leading workshops and discussions with stakeholders and team members Your profile 3 years in a Business Analyst, Product Consultant, or Technical Analyst role, ideally in domains involving SaaS, data-heavy applications, or traffic/tolling systems. Solid technical foundation that includes an understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and API integrations. Experience in requirements engineering, with a strong understanding of system architectures and data structures. Proficiency in both German and English at the C1 level. Strong written and spoken communication skills, with the ability to present complex insights to both technical and non-technical audiences. Familiarity with tools like SQL, Power BI/Tableau, or other data visualization platforms is a plus. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (such as Business, STEM, or a related area).
