About this Position Join the M&A / Business Development at Henkel Adhesive Technologies which plays a key role in driving Henkel Adhesive Technologies’ inorganic growth strategy by leading M&A transactions, from deal origination through to integration. You will be responsible for identifying, evaluating and executing potential acquisitions, divestitures, and strategic investments. What you´ll do Deal Origination & Sourcing: Identify potential acquisition opportunities that align with the Strategic Business Units (SBUs) strategic objectives Prepare deep dives, investment thesis and recommendations to senior management to decide on M&A opportunities Due Diligence & Valuation: Manage and coordinate due diligence activities which entails collaborating with relevant SBU, business and corporate functions across Henkel Prepare business plans and detailed financial analysis Prepare all necessary committee or board approval documents For divestments, preparation of transaction scope, structure, carve-out financials and other deal documents such as Information Memorandum Deal Negotiation & Execution: Negotiate key terms of transactions together with Corporate M&A and legal teams Post-Merger Integration: Ensure that an integration plan is designed and ensure smooth hand-over to dedicated PMI lead.
