Linden is looking for a paraprofessional who supports clients on the autism spectrum 1:1 and works under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. In this role, the Behavior Support Specialist is primarily responsible for direct implementation of procedures based on client-specific skill-acquisition and behavior reduction goals. Behavior Support Specialists collect data, take detailed notes, and communicate with parents on a daily basis. Linden Global Learning will provide a comprehensive 40-hour International Behavior Therapist (IBT) training to teach Behavior Support Specialists the techniques, principles, applications, and ethical guidelines of Applied Behavior Analysis. Behavior Support Specialists will work primarily in the school setting, but may be asked to provide 1:1 support in the home or community settings as well.
