This role is part of our Media Strategy team. We deliver end to end data driven campaigns which foster both creativity and performance. Our specialty is creative, digital communication that drives performance, boosts brand awareness, and shifts market share for our clients such as eBay, Douglas, Aldi, Smart, and more! JOB PURPOSE
For our strategy department, we’re looking for a Digital Strategist. Someone who creates performance-based (content) strategies for our clients on both campaign and always-on level, for paid and organic content.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Map our customers’ holistic journey to ensure we are providing a consistent message throughout all communication and ensure that our onsite marketing is working as hard as possible.
2. Ensure consistent messaging and brand expression.
3. Work with clients to outline segmentation communication strategies.
4. Map how onsite activity fits into the larger marketing mix to identify any gaps and possible enhancement opportunities.
5. Develop the strategic positioning for big campaigns and briefs.
6. Develop contact methodology and frequency recommendations when necessary.
7. Monitor the execution of content strategies, making sure creative follows the agreed-upon path.
8. Devise testing plans and evaluate the performance of strategy; suggest pivots for optimization.
9. Act as a key collaborator and bridge between strategic and creative stakeholders.
10. Define and drive new initiatives to deliver against our client’s roadmap.
11. Develop business-critical initiatives such as a testing plan and reporting tactics to ensure learnings are obtained.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
12. Experience in planning strategies end-to-end.
13. Experience with content strategy and understanding of contact frequency best practices.
14. Proven ability to translate business goals into effective marketing and communication strategies.
15. Knowledge in leveraging data and insight to develop profiles and personas for use in digital channels.
16. Understanding of A/B and multivariate testing methodologies.
17. Understanding of and ability to articulate best practices across email design and build.
18. Experience in creating and optimizing user journeys, including automated ones.
19. Channel expertise in email, web, display, and social; with an emphasis on innovation and possibility.
20. In-depth understanding of digital marketing best practices, with the ability to clearly articulate and implement them.
21. Excellent presentation skills.
22. Natural problem solver.
23. Are familiar with SEO and UX.
24. Excellent command of German and English.
25. Great communication skills, essential for success in this client-facing role.
26. Inquisitive nature to learn and understand how things work.
27. Demonstrable experience in a similar role with proven success.
