Project Description: Join our team at the Böblingen office as a Front Desk Administrator, where your contributions will be essential in ensuring the office operates efficiently and delivers an exceptional experience for visitors, employees, and clients. Responsibilities: Accommodate visitors, internal and external clients • Operate switchboard and direct potential clients to relevant departments Answer questions and address complaints Coordinate conference room bookings and appointments Keep office tidy and presentable Record, file and track all outgoing and incoming courier and sort mail Manage all matters pertaining to reception/office appearance and utilities Cooperate with Office Manager on local facility Maintain database of suppliers and service providers Issuing keys to employees and visitors Order stationary, office products, cleaning and catering supplies Maintain inventory of office equipment Record all incoming invoices in our register, gaining appropriate approval where necessary, and forward to the respective department in a timely fashion Updating FD Systems (ED, LuxTown) Assist with administrative tasks and provide research and administrative support to other departments and individuals, where necessary supports Facility Management services for DXC in Böblingen Ad hoc duties as required and directed by your line manager Skills Must Have: Organizational Skills Problem Solving Multitasking Customer Service Communication Skills Previous experience in a similar role; Nice to Have: Corporate working experience Languages: English: C2 Proficient German: C2 Proficient
