Key responsibilities:
1. Ensure compliance with the commitments defined in the contracts.
2. Ensure the proper coordination of all internal stakeholders.
3. Check the billing of recurring services and additional services.
4. Ensure that the internal teams take good care of customer requests/returns.
5. Inform your internal contacts of the operational news of your various accounts.
6. Anticipate, under the management of the site manager and the chief operating officer, peak activity and secure shipments with transport providers in order to meet our customer commitments.
7. Monitor the daily performance of transport suppliers (data collection and implementation of performance indicators).
8. Ensure daily follow-up of customer service logistics expertise requests.
You've got
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
* In-depth knowledge of return policies and procedures.
* Ability to work collaboratively with different teams.
* Strong sense of customer service.
* Analytical skills to understand return trends.
* Good level of English and Italian.
* Logistics or administrative training.
