Tasks
* End-to-End Sales Ownership: Manage the full sales process for all leads, from initial inquiry to post-sale follow-up.
* Proactive Lead Generation: Supplement the inbound pipeline by networking, pursuing partnerships (e.g., architects, designers), and identifying referral opportunities.
* High-Stakes Closing: Handle both standard projects and complex, high-value deals requiring advanced negotiation skills (e.g., B2B pergola projects).
* Tailored Solutions: Work closely with customers to craft personalized solutions, including accessories configurations.
* Upselling Focus: Drive sales of complementary products like screens, lighting, or additional accessories to maximize order value.
* Team Mentorship & Training: Coach team members on advanced sales techniques, objection handling, and strategies for increasing Average Order Value (AOV). Be responsible for team sales performance and KPI achievements.
* Market Feedback: Provide actionable insights to leadership about pricing trends, competitor offerings, and customer expectations.
* Sales Exhibitions: Scout, plan, and attend relevant exhibitions and events to showcase our products, engage with customers, and increase brand exposure.
* Competitor Knowledge: Conduct competitive analysis in your market and train others to communicate effectively with customers. Proactively identify new competitors.
Requirements
* Extensive experience in high-ticket or luxury sales roles with a proven track record of success.
* Demonstrated ability to handle complex, high-value customer interactions and close deals.
* Exceptional negotiation skills, particularly for price-sensitive customers.
* Previous experience in setting up and leading a small sales team, with a proven ability to manage, motivate, and drive a team
* Market intelligence to adapt to changing customer and competitor landscapes.
* Native Italian speaker or excellent Italian skills (C2 Level), with good English (C1 Level).
* High level of self-motivation, and results-driven mindset with a focus on growth.
* Enthusiasm for continuous process and workflow improvement.
* Comfortable with CRM systems and digital tools to manage sales and track performance.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
