About this position: As a Working Student in our Knowledge Operations Team, you will play a crucial role in assisting our team with various tasks related to our DISH Academy. Our team is providing training to teams in 16 different countries and suppliers. This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about planning, creating & deployment of digital training & educational content. Your responsibilities: To be successful, you will manage localization tasks for different countries & cultures. Daily, you will review & publish elearning courses created by our training team. In this environment, you will be assisting the product owner of DISH Academy running various optimization initiatives. Your Profile: You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program. Fluent in English. German, Spanish, Italian or French is beneficial. Work experience with eLearning creation software is beneficial. Experience in project management in a fast-paced environment. Clear understanding of how knowledge content needs to be created and published through various channels and for different target groups internal & external. Why DISH?
