Your Tasks:
* Advising and supporting customers with receivables that have not been paid on time in order to find targeted and prompt solutions
* Corresponding, negotiating and deciding on qualified deferrals, postponements of due dates, refinancing and the sale of vehicles
* Reviewing and deciding on the initiation, continuation and termination of out-of-court measures within the scope of competencies with regard to legal enforceability and their economic efficiency for the area, as well as deciding and initiating terminations and securing vehicles after termination
* Examining the legality of a seizure and weighing up the interest of an early seizure in advance of a termination if there is imminent danger
* Processing contracts in which a total loss or theft has occurred in order to minimize the damage while safeguarding the customer's interests, as well as the handling and settlement of claims between TKG, the insurer, car dealership, customer and lawyers, including the sale of residual values according to expert opinions
* Assessing and deciding on substitute collateral, waiving collateral or checking the creditworthiness of debtors for the continuation of unsecured loans
* Commissioning freight forwarders to transport vehicles and expert organizations to prepare vehicle appraisals, including monitoring deadlines and informing customers, dealers and lawyers about the results of the expert appraisals.
* Providing the vehicle data for the external marketing platforms after checking all the necessary documents and records. Independent maintenance of the data required for the purchase on the B2B platform
* Pricing and defining the sales strategy and sales channel on the B2B platform using an approval matrix as well as preparing sales documents for sales from the external marketing platforms and sales to the buyers named by the contractual partners
* Independent correspondence and negotiation with contractual partners, dealers and lawyers for the purpose of discussing the factual and legal situation in order to avoid legal disputes
Your Profile:
* Successfully completed commercial apprenticeship, preferably in the automotive industry in the leasing and financing sector or comparable training
* Several years of practical work experience in the banking or insurance industry
* Specialist knowledge in the financing and leasing sector
* Basic legal knowledge, knowledge of insurance law and knowledge of extrajudicial dunning procedures
* Problem-solving skills and analytical thinking ability
* Willingness to make decisions, strong negotiating skills as well as assertiveness
* Very good communication skills paired with a high degree of teamwork and social skills
* Good self-organization and an independent way of working
* Very good written and spoken German
