Your tasks
1. Leads or coordinates cross-functional project/program teams from design to delivery of fully-developed products that are ready for customer use.
2. Daily program management throughout the program/product life-cycle.
3. Defines the program governance and plans the overall program, monitoring progress.
4. Manages and utilizes resources across projects, coordinating program time schedules.
5. Manages the program’s budget and overlapping program risks and issues, taking corrective measurements.
6. Coordinates the program and its inter-dependencies, managing stakeholders’ communication.
7. Aligns deliverables to the program’s outcome and manages the main program documents, including common change management.
8. Monitors performance and recommends schedule changes, cost adjustments, or resource additions.
9. Investigates facts and develops solutions to problems during the design and planning phases, contributing to and liaising with product management, supply chain management, production, marketing, engineering, and sales.
Your profile
10. University degree in engineering, business, project management, or related field.
11. Strong commercial experience with a good understanding of project management tools and techniques.
12. Preferably PMI / PRINCE2 certification, ITIL v3 foundation certification.
13. Preferably experience in customer interaction and working across different cultures.
14. Additional education and experience for senior position.
