Responsibilities:
* Build collaborative relationships with the company's customers and create enthusiasm for experiencing their wireless charging systems.
* Identify customers' current challenges and develop innovative solution concepts.
* Being responsible for project planning, project implementation, and reporting.
* Take part in research and development projects and coordinate the deployment of our developers.
* Continuous improvement of the company's project processes and methods and project-based software solutions.
* Acquiring follow-up orders within your projects.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Natural Sciences, or related field. Career changers with relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
* Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a Project Manager.
* Comprehensive understanding of current technology trends and advancements.
* Demonstrated strong customer orientation and interpersonal skills.
* Enjoyment of collaborative teamwork, creativity, and effective communication abilities.
* High level of motivation, enthusiasm, and performance orientation.
* A proactive approach to tackling new challenges and thinking innovatively.
* Fluent in spoken and written English/German.
