Your Tasks
* Partnering with hiring managers to understand business needs and define suitable candidate profiles
* Developing and implementing the most effective sourcing strategies, utilizing various channels and social media to identify and attract top talent (both passive and active sourcing)
* Building strategic talent pipelines
* Creating attractive, compliant, and diversity-friendly job advertisements to promote job openings and screen applications
* Assessing candidates’ potential using the latest tools and technologies (e.g., video interviews, tests, virtual reality assessments)
* Providing expert insights on candidate profiles, sourcing strategies, and labor market trends
* Actively contributing to the final candidate selection and decision-making process
* Planning and participating in employment marketing events
* Representing Airbus externally with integrity and professionalism
Your Profile
* Successfully completed studies in Business Administration, Social Sciences/Humanities, Psychology, or a similar field
* Alternatively, a comparable training followed by several years of professional experience
* Profound experience in talent acquisition or employment-related activities required
* Strong knowledge of the labor market and social media recruitment necessary
* A self-confident personality with integrity
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to challenge hiring managers when needed
* An independent and structured way of working
* Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Outlook, and MS Word required
* Fluent German and English required
