The mission has started. We proudly announce that in our Battery Valley we are starting our own battery cell production and the ramp up of our worldwide headquarters for global cell manufacturing. The CTO organization takes care of the battery cell development. Our responsibility includes research, predevelopment of materials and components, series development, prototyping, testing and analysis of battery cells.
How you will CELLebrate
* Lead technical feasibility studies in cell electrolyte injection, formation and aging, and support the ramp-up of B- and C-sample production
* Manage the transfer of product specifications to process feasibility
* Formulate detailed technical requirements and specifications for intermediate products within the cell electrolyte injection to aging processes
* Prepare product/process gap analysis and risk analysis (DFM/NPI)
* Utilize historical data to analyze issues, work with experts to develop solutions, and present findings to ensure alignment with operational goals
* Represent development in all necessary project committees related to the interface between development and production
What you need for our CELLebration
* Degree in engineering (mechanical, production, electro-chemical, environmental technology, supply engineering) or comparable education
* Work experience in process technology for manufacturing battery cells in mass production scale
* Strong ability to work in a team, with a willingness and desire to cooperate in an innovative and international environment
* Strong ability in data analysis, DoE design, technical reporting
* Intercultural competence and readiness for international traveling to work and support at production sites
