Mission and responsibilities
* Matching of oil positions against sales contracts concluded
* By-Product matching
* Sales and purchase contract hygiene to ensure matching correctness.
* Critical reports - preparation on monthly basis and review along with Commercial Operations Manager
* Audit related document preparation under the guidance of the Procurement Manager.
* Sales master data hygiene
* Transaction Cost Matrix – preparation and control on monthly basis
* General Reporting relevant to the position
Requirements
* Vocational training in commercial administration, or degree in higher education
* About 3 years’ experience in relevant functions
* Strong skills in Excel
* Proficiency in English, additional language skills are advantageous (German)
* SAP skills are an advantage
