The Role:
As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will manage a portfolio of high-value enterprise clients, guiding them on their data and AI literacy journey. Reporting to the Senior Sales Director for EMEA, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by prospecting, negotiating, and closing large-scale deals with some of the world’s most influential companies.
Key Responsibilities:
* Strategic Targeting: Identify high-potential accounts and prospect growth opportunities within a focused, targeted account list.
* Relationship Building: Develop trusted relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders, ensuring a deep understanding of client needs.
* Value Communication: Articulate the value of the platform’s services and solutions, positioning them as integral to clients’ data fluency strategies.
* Account Strategy: Build and execute customised account plans, aligning with customer priorities to achieve revenue goals.
* Sales Process Management: Negotiate and close detailed agreements while supporting clients through onboarding and expansions.
* Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with solution architects, leadership, and other teams to achieve the best outcomes for clients.
* Thought Leadership: Design and deliver tailored data literacy programs, such as boot camps, to meet clients' specific goals.
* Market Engagement: Stay attuned to trends in data and AI, incorporating them into client conversations and sales strategies.
What You Bring:
* Experience: 3–5 years in quota-carrying enterprise sales roles, with a proven track record in hunting and closing large-scale deals.
* Industry Knowledge: Experience selling Data Analytics or Data Visualisation solutions to senior management and C-level executives.
* Customer Focus: Skilled at building and nurturing trusted relationships with business managers and executives.
* Sales Expertise: Demonstrated success in consistent activity, pipeline development, and quota achievement.
* Communication Skills: Exceptional presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage technical and non-technical audiences alike.
* Language Proficiency: Business fluency in German (written and spoken) and strong English communication skills.
* Mindset: A proactive, independent thinker with high energy, a positive attitude, and a commitment to collaboration and continuous learning.
* Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel up to 10%.
