We are currently recruiting for the position of
Media Sales Assistant (m/f/d)
to join a dynamic team at our client´s headquarter in Munich, Germany.
As part of an expanding global team this role lies at the heart of our international media operation. You will support the international sales team and be the main point of contact for the international sales representatives.
Aufgaben
• First point of contact for all sales related requests
• Database management and evaluation
• Create integrated advertising proposals and presentations
• Monitor & record proposals/ booking status
• Coordinate costings & execution for special advertising formats
• Put marketing tools into action and brief the creative team on custom solutions
•Direct reporting line to the Managing Director
Qualifikation
• Established knowledge and experience within the media industry
• Reliability, accuracy, resilience and the capacity to learn quickly
• A can-do attitude and willingness to work within a dynamic and an occasionally challenging environment
• Being a team player with a service orientated approach
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Fluency in English, German advantageous (other languages are a plus)
• Good knowledge of MS-Office (esp. Excel + Powerpoint) and strong proficiency in CRM tools
