We are looking for an experienced people manager as “Head of Digital Marketing” who will lead our digital marketing activities within central marketing. The development of a strategic frame, providing a clear guidance for our markets following our “digital first” approach, and planning the content strategy & digital assets for the activities for our relevant touchpoint along the Consumer Journey in our markets is defining the scope of this role. What you will be doing: Responsibility for defining the overarching digital marketing strategy through audience targeting; inspiring and engaging our consumer audiences through best in class digital-first execution plans. Developing assets for seamless and relevant media experiences across all touchpoints and channels in awareness and performance channels. Providing strategies & guidelines for the steering and optimizing of SEA, SEO, Social Media, Content Marketing and other digital marketing channels. Develop a content strategy for our main digital channels Owning the digital test & learn agenda, driving critical initiatives and test plans that have potential for high-scale impact against key business metrics to drive growth and engagement; develop analytical framework for data-driven decisions to be shared with our regional teams Managing the different stakeholders in central and local functions Managing, leading and developing a direct team. Building a highly capable and engaged team. What you need for this position: > 8 years of strategic digital marketing experience managing a variety of digital channels to scale-up businesses in various markets, such as Europe and USA Strong in strategy development as well as operational implementation A master degree in digital marketing or business studies (or equivalent) Confidence at interpreting complex data and drawing out insights for business growth and optimization Experience in implementing a growth plan to drive change and opportunities from a Digital standpoint Excellent project management, communication and people skills Strong stakeholder management capabilities Willingness to understand our business to be on point with planned activities Fully fluent in English, German language skills are a plus International experience Strong presentation skills (C-Level communication) Experience in managing a team is a must The future: Experience a dynamic and challenging environment.
