The Project/Campaign Orchestration (Senior-) Manager ensures the strategic alignment and efficient execution of marketing campaigns across the organization. This role focuses on project management through developing governance frameworks, ensuring compliance, managing risks, and driving consistency in campaign execution to achieve business goals. S/He will be an owner and key contributor of project orchestration across some of the most exciting carlines in Mercedes Benz portfolio. In addition, s/he will utilize his/her deep project management knowledge and innovative thinking to orchestrate and mind-bending brand and performance campaigns. Implementation and maintenance of governance processes to oversee marketing campaigns Co-creation of best practices and guidelines for campaign execution. Review and flag inconsistencies in campaign development to ensure alignment with strategy, organizational goals, and deployed processes. Identification of potential risks in campaign execution and development of mitigation strategies. Collaborate with marketing teams across the layers to resolve issues proactively by aligning and collaborating with cross-functional teams, including strategy, creative and activation, to ensure smooth campaign governance processes. Act as a key advisor to senior leadership on governance-related matters. Lead initiatives to educate marketing teams on governance processes and compliance requirements. Foster a culture of accountability and adherence to governance standards. Works closely with global Heads of Media Strategies to lead and deepen key global clients’ relationships. Develops strong relationships with clients and earn their trust through brilliant thinking and proactivity. Collaborates closely with the Strategy, Creative and Activation counterparts working on Mercedes Benz Business Units to ensure we unify the approach across all Mercedes Benz strategies, and to understand core agency products and their strategic value to clients. Daily client-facing contact is essential. Depending on the candidate’s location, frequent travels to London, Berlin and Stuttgart will be required. 5 years’ experience in marketing project management, with the ability to develop a clear vision, bring clients on a journey, and follow all the way through to implementation. Worked with major global brands to develop and evolve their marketing projects. Skilled in client and/or campaign management to ensure smooth execution of the projects with focus on efficient and agile delivery. Collaborative, trustworthy and approachable, with experience collaborating with a wide network of colleague and client stakeholders. Communicative and proactive working style, taking responsibility to define and deliver how we can best support our clients. Has a strong knowledge of industry trends and case studies and how to use them to inspire future thinking. A passionate presenter with an ability to turn information into a compelling story. Able to connect heavy data with creative thinking. Understand the commercial needs of clients as well as our own agency, with an appetite to use strategy to grow revenues.
