Responsibilities Key Responsibilities Strategic Messaging Development : Collaborate with Church leadership to translate spiritual goals into clear, consistent messaging strategies. Audience Insights : Develop in-depth profiles for diverse audiences, tailoring communication to resonate with their unique needs. Product and Campaign Management : Manage the full lifecycle of messaging products, including research, planning, implementation, and performance analysis. Content Creation and Channel Management : Oversee the creation and distribution of spiritually uplifting content across multiple platforms. Performance Monitoring : Track key metrics to measure success, refine strategies, and ensure messaging efforts deliver optimal impact. Training and Empowerment : Provide tools and training to local leaders to enhance communication within their units. Brand Stewardship : Safeguard the Church’s identity and doctrinal integrity across all messaging efforts. Qualifications What We Are Looking For Extensive prior experience in communications, marketing, or product management. A Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field (a Master’s degree is preferred). A deep understanding of Church doctrine and mission. Proven skills in strategic communication and leadership. Experience with data-driven decision-making and campaign optimization. Proficiency with digital platforms, social media, and content management systems. The ability to handle sensitive issues with grace and clarity. Strong collaboration and organizational skills to unify diverse communication efforts.
