QualificationsEducation: completed university studies in economics, technology or computer sciences or a comparable subjectExperience and Knowledge: long-term professional experience in strategy development, including several years in strategy consulting and many years of leadership experience; deep knowledge of minimum one of Bosch’s fields of business; proven expertise in functional methods and project management required for corporate and business strategy as well as corporate strategic portfolio management and M&A; proficient MS Office skillsPersonality and Working Practice: you are a results-oriented, highly motivated team player with a strong sense of reliability and entrepreneurial thinking with a talent for business development; you excel at identifying opportunities and driving initiatives, even in complex and volatile environments; Confident in decision-making and comfortable with uncertainty, you effectively engage with top management through clear and persuasive communication; your working style combines autonomy, agility, and a structured, analytical approachLanguages: very good communication skills in written and spoken English and GermanAdditional InformationWe offer flexible working models: from various part-time options to mobile working and job sharing.
