Could you be the full-time CNE - Tactical Planning Lead (f/m/d) in Berlin we’re looking for?
Your Future Role
Ernst-Reuter-Platz 6, in the heart of Berlin, is home to Alstom's DACH regional headquarters. Up to 500 colleagues of more than 40 nationalities work here, focusing on project management, business development, and regional strategy, with a special emphasis on rail digitalisation. Our product line Rolling Stock & Components offers products from the broadest portfolio in the rail industry. Our innovation focus is on green and smart solutions, including emission-free propulsion systems such as batteries and hydrogen. You’ll report to Global Planning Director and work alongside a dedicated and enthusiastic team.
We’ll look for you to :
* Ensure continuous improvement via APSYS (SC03, M05).
* Size Planning Team - Normative for all Planning Axis and Capa Analysis.
* Develop people competency and conduct monthly reviews with sites, quarterly reviews with HRBP, and follow up on training requirements per axis.
* Ensure SIOP adherence and standardization (process maturity).
* Arbitrate and escalate SIOP topics from sites.
* Establish and animate mid-term synchronization (monthly) across regions.
* Establish HC and WL process for all metiers.
* Prepare budget and F1.
* Develop and implement tactical plans to support operational goals and objectives.
* Analyze data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize resource allocation.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of tactical plans with overall business strategy.
* Monitor and report on the progress of tactical plans, making adjustments as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.
* Provide leadership and guidance to team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
* Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

* Proven experience in tactical planning, operations management, or a similar role.

* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
* Proficiency in relevant software and tools (e.g., ERP systems, Microsoft Office Suite).
