Job Description
As a key member of the Brand & Communication team, you will report directly to the Head of Creation. Your primary mission is to shape and develop the visual identity and communications of Immoweb—both internally and externally. AVIV Group encompasses some of Europe’s most renowned digital real estate marketplaces, including SeLoger (France), Immowelt (Germany), and Immoweb (Belgium). In this role, you will ensure brand consistency, align with our company vision and mission, and deliver impactful creative solutions that resonate with diverse audiences.
Your Responsibilities
* Safeguard Immowelt’s brand image and ensure consistent communication across all channels.
* Drive strategic creative thinking and develop innovative concepts for brand communications.
* Lead and organize a local creative team, ensuring quality, workflow efficiency, and budget management.
* Define and implement graphic charters and visual identity guidelines for online and offline channels.
* Support internal teams with content and media creation requests.
* Stay updated on emerging design trends, technologies, and competitor strategies.
* Collaborate with external providers through detailed creative briefs to ensure top-quality outputs.
* Guarantee high-quality deliverables and ensure all deadlines are met.
* Assess and optimize creative briefs for relevance and feasibility.
Qualifications
* Degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, or Visual Communication.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
* Proven expertise in managing creative teams and collaborating with external agencies.
* Strong creative vision, excellent listening skills, enthusiasm, and curiosity to stay ahead of design trends.
* Solid understanding of digital branding and the strategic role of design in enhancing brand identity.
* Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) and proficiency in Figma.
* Experience with After Effects for small animation and motion graphics projects.
* Fluent in German and English (both written and spoken).
