This position offers an opportunity for direct interaction with customers, while being responsible for the administrative management of insurance contracts. Description You will be the preferred and trusted point of contact for our customers. You will answer their questions by telephone or in writing, seeking solutions to any problems and offering advice wherever possible. Thanks to your excellent service, you''ll build long term, trusting relationships with our customers. You will also be responsible for the administrative follow up of insurance files, managing policies throughout their lifecycle, including quotations, underwriting, billing, modifications and cancellations. You will work closely with the insurance companies to ensure fast, efficient administration. Profile You are fluent in English and French, with German skills being a significant advantage. You are interested in training in insurance techniques, or you already have experience or a diploma in this field. Your customer focus, listening skills and empathy will enable you to respond effectively to customers'' needs and questions. You are autonomous, able to propose solutions and work efficiently even under pressure. A good command of IT tools such as Word, Excel, Electronic Document Management and Internet applications is essential for this position.
