Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world Responsibilities: Insight into operational HR work: You will get to know the various areas of operational HR management, support our team in day-to-day business and gain experience in working with various steakholders (e.g. managers and works council) Creation of reports: You create comprehensive reports for different target groups Coordination of the recruitment process: You will review incoming applications and independently take care of scheduling, invitations and rejections Support for projects: You actively support the design, organization and implementation of current personnel support projects (e.g. health promotion, events, process optimizations) Qualifications: Studies: You are studying economics, psychology, business education or a comparable course of study, ideally with a focus on human resources Language skills: You are fluent in German and English, both written and spoken IT affinity: You feel confident in using MS Office.
