Your profile: at least 2 years of work experience as administrative assistant, preferably in the world of transport or logistics accounting skills and be able to relate to the external accounting consultant responsible for managing passive and active invoices, collections and payments, independently managing payment schedules, sending accounting documentation to the external tax consultant with the required timing providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office support the operational team in controlling transport documents by carrying out administrative tasks such as requesting documents to carriers, sending documents to customers and archiving them administrative writing skills, reporting skills, organization, problem-solving orientation and good verbal communication english or italian language skills are required for communication with the headquarters located in Italy Our office will be located in the city center of Hamburg, easy to reach via public transportation.
