To support us on this exciting journey we’re now looking for an Initiatives Manager Manufacturing (d/f/m) to join our business unit Health and Medical Solutions in our Hamburg (Hausbruch) office. Your Role Be the first point of contact in the site for all projects and activities linked with new product, transfers, material- and equipment changes. Drive and coordinate the project portfolio activities and projects within the factory (e.g. improvement and CAPEX projects) Identify, drive and executive together with local and global stakeholder’s actions to optimize product, material, and equipment utilization Collaborate closely with Global Marketing, R&D, legal Teams and Markets to support Global Projects by aligning it with factory resources and to obtain input for new innovations and value creation opportunities Lead and develop the Team of Site Project Managers Secure that projects are delivering against agreed Key Performance Indicators and develop the project management culture within the site You Identify Yourself With Even if not all of the following points apply to you, we would be happy to get to know you and talk about the possibility of working with you!
