What you´ll do
* Contribute to the global Human Resources strategy with a focus on “Digitalization” and “Sustainability”
* Support in the preparation and execution of tenders with a global and local scope
* Assist with analyzing RFP offers, comparing supplier proposals, and developing scorecards to drive informed procurement decisions based on data-driven insights
* Support in global benchmarking, analyses and reporting
* Bring your ideas and work in a motivated international team in a dynamic environment and interact with global stakeholders and suppliers
What makes you a good fit
* Bachelor/Master student in supply chain/purchasing studies or related areas - knowledge on business related fields like purchasing, business administration, IT management, supply chain management, or associated studies would be of advantage
* First experience in one or more of the following areas: indirect or direct procurement, supply chain, HR
* Excellent oral and written English language skills, knowledge in other languages is a plus
* Firm experience with MS-Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, PowerBI would be of advantage
* Exceptional analytical and communication and presentation skills, strong IT/digital affinity and as well as process-oriented and long-term solution mindset
* Open-minded, proactive, structured and determined team player, with a can-do attitude and able to work independently in an agile working environment
* Passion for sustainability, digital transformation and innovation

We offer you an attractive salary between € 1050-2095. The exact amount of the remuneration depends on the desired duration, the type of internship (voluntary or mandatory) and existing degrees.
