Key Responsibilities: SASE Architecture Design and Implementation: - Design and deploy SASE solutions that integrate seamlessly with existing IT infrastructure, supporting the organization's security and networking needs. - Implement SASE architectures that combine SD-WAN capabilities with cloud-native network security functions (such as FWaaS, CASB, ZTNA, and SWG) to enable secure and efficient access to resources. Configuration and Optimization: - Configure network and security policies to safeguard data transmission across the network and to cloud services, while ensuring optimal performance and user experience. - Continuously monitor and fine-tune the SASE infrastructure to meet evolving organizational needs and to respond to emerging security threats and technological advancements. Security and Compliance: - Implement and manage security protocols and policies within the SASE framework to protect against cyber threats and data breaches. - Ensure the SASE architecture complies with relevant regulatory and compliance standards, safeguarding sensitive and proprietary information. Troubleshooting and Support: - Provide expert technical support for issues related to SASE infrastructure, including diagnosing and resolving complex network and security problems. - Work closely with IT and cybersecurity teams to identify root causes of issues and to implement preventative measures. Collaboration and Vendor Management: - Collaborate with internal business and IT stakeholders to align the SASE deployment with organizational goals and security policies. - Manage relationships with SASE solution providers and vendors, ensuring services meet the organization's requirements in terms of functionality, performance, and cost. Training and Documentation: - Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of the SASE architecture, configuration settings, and operational procedures. - Conduct training sessions for IT and security teams to enhance their understanding and operational capability with SASE solutions. Experience, skills and behaviours: - Indicate the required education in terms of minimum years of education, required type of degree, field of studies, etc. and the required knowledge and/or experience in terms of minimum years of experience in the respective field - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field. - Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in a similar role preferably in a multinational complex setting. - Expertise in configuring and managing SD-WAN Solutions such as Cisco Viptela/Catalyst, Vmware, Fortinet, etc - Expertise in configuring and managing security services such as firewalls (Palo Alto, Fortinet, Checkpoint, Cisco), cloud access security brokers (CASB), secure web gateways (Prisma Access, Zscaler, Forcepoint, etc), and zero-trust network access (ZTNA). - Expertise in configuring and managing WAN, LAN and WiFi solutions - Familiarity with compliance standards and regulations affecting network and data security. - Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating security risks. - Experience in managing complex technology migrations and lifecycle management. - Project management skills to plan and execute network related projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget - Certifications related to product management, cybersecurity (e.g., CISSP, CISM) - Agile or other project management methodologies experience is a plus - Indicate the required skills and behavioral competencies - Result orientation, influence & impact - Empowerment & accountability - Team spirit, building relationships, collective accountability - Strong leadership capability, executing as appropriate in the areas of responsibility - Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to explain technology solutions in business terms, establish rapport and persuade others - Fluent in English What's in it for you: Be part of and contribute to a once-in-a-lifetime change journey.
