The Supply Planning Manager, Food & Beverage is responsible for ensuring effective and efficient management, integration and continuous improvement of Supply Chain management processes and technologies from vendors through to customers and joint venture partners.
This position reports to the Senior Leader PSI & Business Analytics and is part of the Integrated Supply Chain Function located in Bad Kreuznach, Germany and will be an on site role.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
1. Owns and maintains the weekly/monthly Supply plan for the entire business unit and reconciles against the demand plan to highlight any gaps or major changes.
2. Collates information and hosts/facilitates monthly Business Unit Level PSI Review (Month 2 to Month 18) with the BU GM and all key stakeholders.
3. Responsible for maintaining optimal inventory levels to meet demand expectations, minimizing stock outs whilst ensuring inventory is turning at targeted levels. Develop tools to predict future risks, increase accuracy in supply planning and provide insight for executive decision making.
4. Collaborate with demand planning to develop strategic regional allocations, supply commitments and plan for the operational horizon (2 18 months)
