Employer Branding & EVP Manager (f/m/d)

Your key responsibilities:
1. Employer Branding & EVP Implementation Implement and continuously refine a comprehensive employer branding and EVP concept to highlight the company's unique selling points Create, execute, continuously improve and innovate target group-specific campaigns and communications
2. Strategic Candidate Attracting
Develop and implement strategies to attract talent and enhance the candidate experience for different target groups Create and manage targeted recruitment campaigns for various talent segments
3. Employee Engagement
Create concepts for positive employee experience from the first contact through the first day at work
4. Social Media and Digital Marketing Launch and manage innovative social media campaigns to promote our employer brand Foster a community in social networks, engaging with diverse groups
5. Stakeholder Collaboration Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align branding strategies with company goals Foster cross-functional teamwork to drive branding initiatives
Your qualifications & skills:
6. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Psychology, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field
7. Several years of professional experience in Employer Branding, Marketing, HR or a related field
8. Proven experience in developing and implementing employer branding strategies
9. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
10. Ability to manage projects and deliver results independently.
11. Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments.
12. Structured and flexible working style with a keen eye for detail.
13. Strong focus on candidate and employee satisfaction and engagement.
14. Interest in new technologies to enhance employer branding efforts.
15. Strong conceptual skills with a hands-on approach and digital affinity.
