We have exciting tasks for you:
* Handling technical incidents & services related to our solutions in IT Service Management, Software Asset Management, Knowledge Management, and IT Monitoring.
* Communicating confidently with our customers via phone, email, or remote access in German and English.
* Solving many questions and tasks independently, while collaborating closely with our consulting, operations, and development teams.
* Sharing your knowledge in our knowledge database to ensure optimal customer self-service.
* Managing escalations confidently, communicating effectively in challenging situations, and ensuring stakeholder satisfaction.
What you bring:
* A Bachelor's degree in (Business) Informatics or a comparable field, or an IT apprenticeship such as Fachinformatiker Systemintegration or Application Development, or similar qualification.
* Your curiosity helps you tackle unfamiliar tasks and solve new problems.
* An interest in continuously evolving IT technologies.
* Good knowledge of various platforms: Windows, Linux, Docker/Kubernetes, VMWare.
* Experience with additional technologies: Apache/Tomcat, Weblogic, Java, PHP, Python, among others.
* Understanding of relational databases and database technologies: SQL, Oracle, MariaDB, and proficiency in SQL querying.
* Confident German and practical English skills, both spoken and written.
