We are looking for an experienced International HR Project Manager for major construction projects (m/f/x) for our plant in SCHROBENHAUSEN.
Your tasks:
1. Supporting the tender departments with calculation of personnel costs for international projects
2. Preparing the execution of international construction projects from the HR perspective
3. HR management on international projects according to the given strategy, budget and standards, daily support on site
4. Ensuring compliance with relevant local labor laws and maintain up-to-date documentation of HR processes and policies on the project
5. Being the HR contact on international projects for project management and employees
6. Close and effective cooperation with other international HR functions (Global Mobility/International Assignments, International Recruitment and International Payroll) as well as the project tender and execution department
Your profile:
7. University degree in economics, law, business administration or similar
8. Several years’ experience in international HR in at least some of the following areas: visa, work permits, employment contracts, compensation and benefits, assignments, processes, recruiting, social security, payroll, income taxation, HR compliance
9. Willingness for international deployments on the projects (as the case maybe up to several months abroad) as well as for business trips
10. Strong analytical skills and a high affinity for using Excel
11. Good communication skills and a convincing way with people
12. Being fluent / contract proof in English language, other languages such as French, German and Spanish are a plus
