We are seeking an experienced, data-driven, and highly customer-focused Change Management leader to form and head up the Change Management team for our Fit for Future (F4F) Program.
The mission of the F4F program is to modernize C&A’s processes and technology to enable truly European omni-channel ways of working. Our vision is that C&A will have a more efficient, resilient, and data-driven omni-channel business that allows C&A to scale and offer great availability of products and value for money to customers.
The Change Management Lead is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to successfully guide the organization through the F4F transformation. Managing a small team of training and testing coordinators, the role will work cross-functionally to ensure smooth and successful implementation of the transformation in scope, while minimizing resistance and maximizing engagement. The Change Management Lead will play an instrumental part in the largest digital transformation in the history of C&A!
Your responsibilities
* Attract, recruit, manage, and develop a high-performing team of training, change, and testing coordinators.
* Design a comprehensive change management plan that aligns with the overall goals of the program. Lead the execution of the change management strategy.
* Foster a positive culture towards the transformation. Build a network of champions across the organization to help advocate and support the transformation. Collaborate with executive leaders to ensure alignment with business objectives and engagement.
* Map out key F4F stakeholders and understand their needs and concerns. Evaluate how the proposed changes will affect people, processes, and systems across the organization.
* Conduct evaluations and report on organization/program readiness. Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them. Provide regular updates on the status of initiatives. Ensure clear, consistent, and transparent communication.
* Develop and ensure execution of training initiatives. Ensure resources like guides and FAQs are available to prepare employees for the changes. Provide coaching and support to leaders and employees to facilitate successful adoption of changes.
* Ensure that the new ways of working become ingrained in the organization’s culture.
What you bring

* Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
* Strong project management skills.
* Experience in creating and facilitating effective training programs.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
* Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in Change Management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
* Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale change initiatives.
* Deep understanding of Change Management principles, methodologies, and tools.
* Certification in Change Management (e.g., Prosci, CCMP).
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and change management software.
