Responsibilities
1. Assist the global HR team with the integration and support of our HR system, Workday providing first and second-level support for various issues and tasks and other HR-systems
2. Help manage and standardize global HR processes, including role assignments and tasks in Recruiting and Human Capital Management
3. Participate in Freudenberg communities and project groups, representing EagleBurgmann in the Recruiting and HCM Communities
4. Contribute to the ‘Workday Skill-Up’ initiative by sharing insights and lessons learned with the EagleBurgmann HR community
5. Assist with headcount reporting, help ensure data quality in line with Freudenberg best practices, monitor dashboards, give support with data corrections, and organize data quality reviews
6. Support the onboarding of new HR colleagues in collaboration with the local HR department and coordinate with IT for regarding interfaces
Qualifications
7. Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, with a minimum of 3 years in HR, ideally with Workday experience
8. Demonstrated ability to build strong business partnerships and collaborate across functions in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
9. Experience in maintaining strict confidentiality of data and information
10. A structured approach to work with excellent project management skills and a proven ability to manage change
11. Outstanding communication skills and a willingness to work in a global and diverse company culture
12. Proficiency in Office 365 tools and strong presentation skills in both German and English
